Multi hose for pumps and multi-component spray guns
We have created, on specific request of a customer, a multi-hose consisting of five hoses for high and low pressure for the passage of air, fluids, composites and catalyst.
The hoses that make up this multi-hose are designed for reliable performance and to be used with specific high pressure pumps and multi-component spray guns, as you can see in the photo.
When using high pressure hoses, it is always good to check that there are no protuberances, crushing of the pipe or even a minimum distance from the fitting, because these factors can lead to failure of the flexible pipe, which in these cases must be replaced immediately.
For an optimal duration of the flexible hoses and for the safety factor, it is advisable never to exceed the nominal values of pressure and temperature.
